Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Sale items

Customized garments

Undergarments

Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.

Procedure for Exchange

Email us at [admin@saiyaclothing.com] with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will share the return address.

After we receive the returned item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us immediately with photos as proof.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
